About The Role

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.

This is a Temporary Full time position, working in our Co-Rehab Team at RPA. The aim is to reduce length of stay by facilitating discharge home or to a Rehabilitation facility.

We are seeking a physiotherapist with extensive clinical knowledge and skills in acute Rehabilitation, particularly in Orthopaedic and other post surgical Rehabilitation. The successful applicant will have demonstrated the ability to work actively in a multidisciplinary team and independently.

Ideal Candidate

  • Current AHPRA Physiotherapy Registration and degree, or equivalent, in Physiotherapy, ensuring eligibility for full membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association with experience at Level 2 or higher.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision, mentoring and development of junior staff and students.
