About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual who is a real team player and committed to working collaboratively to achieve exceptional client service. You will be part of a growth –oriented environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
Some of your key duties will include:

  • Complete planning sections of audit files with limited supervision
  • Identify audit and engagement risks and contribute to the design of an appropriate audit approach for each assignment
  • Assist in developing an effective and efficient audit strategy
  • Execute audits of large private company and not-for profit clients ranging in size and industry
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with the engagement manager on the engagement identifying potential problem areas or budget difficulties
  • Provide assistance to junior colleagues and build internal relationships

About you

  • Tertiary qualification, in commerce, accounting or equivalent
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Professional presentation with a friendly manner and proactive attitude
  • Strong IT and computer skills. You will embrace new technology and have the ability to adapt quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and, effectively manage your own workflow
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
