Role Overview
Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional? We are seeking an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to join our team on in Queensland. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing sales strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring in-store excellence with the support of our dedicated merchandising team. Your efforts will be key in fostering strong customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Success: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead with Impact: Build and lead a team of talented Merchandisers, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Engage and Motivate: Enhance merchandiser engagement and performance through clear and timely communication of business priorities.
- Foster Growth: Create an environment that promotes personal growth and development opportunities for your team.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, prioritizing safety and well-being.
- Capture Opportunities: Identify and influence business opportunities to drive market growth and diversity.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a field sales role
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and driving performance.
- Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data and trends, influencing stakeholders effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic connections.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with handheld technology and CRM tools, and hold a current Australian Driver's license.
