Description:
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Master Data Specialist for an initial contract of 12 months with our client. The project will be hybrid from Perth.
Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Maintain, update, and validate master data across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
- Governance & Compliance: Support the implementation of master data policies, ensuring alignment with business rules, architecture and regulatory requirements.
- Quality & Integrity: Monitor data quality, perform audits, and resolve discrepancies to enhance data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, to ensure seamless data integration and adherence to governance frameworks.
- Experience in master data management (MDM), data governance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP and data management tools.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments and drive data governance initiatives.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data issues in an understandable manner.
- Experience with data quality frameworks, validation techniques, and automation tools is a plus.
Duration: 12 months + extensions
Rate: Depending on experience
