- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Produce food efficiently, economically, and hygienically for Guests and Team Members
- Maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards
- Use all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately
- Assist with inventory storage and management
- Work closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen team members
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude toward colleagues, supervisors, and Guests
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship required)
- Preferably based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
- Friendly and hard-working with a passion for hospitality
- Commercial Cookery Certificate
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong English communication with confident leadership abilities
- Knowledgeable in HACCP
- Reliable and works well under pressure
- Skilled in time management and organization
- Ability to work in hot environments and stand on feet for long periods
