Scope Business Imaging is a proud West Australian company specialising in the sale of global photocopier and printer brands such as Ricoh, Sharp, and Konica Minolta to local businesses in the Pilbara. With the largest regional footprint in the Pilbara , our flagship office in Karratha complements our presence in Port Hedland, Bunbury, and Perth .
Each of our offices operates as a tight-knit local team , including sales, service support, logistics, and administration.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Administrator to take charge of administrative functions and ensure the smooth operation of our Karratha office .
As the key point of contact for both staff and clients, you will play a vital role in maintaining office efficiency, supporting service operations, and upholding our company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office administration , including ordering and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate service dispatch for technicians handling client maintenance and fault calls.
- Work closely with a small team of five to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain office schedules and coordinate general office maintenance .
- Report maintenance issues to management and arrange necessary repairs.
- Be the friendly face of Scope Business Imaging in Karratha, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the sales team by attending industry functions and events .
About You
The ideal candidate will bring a positive, proactive approach to office administration and customer service.
At least two years experience in a fast-paced and varied administration role.
Strong organisational skills , with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines .
A can-do attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities .
Experience managing or leading a small team (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
