Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + Super (3 years’ experience) | Up to $120,000 + Super (3+ years’ experience)

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a small but growing portfolio of office buildings (currently 3 buildings, 3 tenants, with plans to expand). This role is supported by an Assistant Property Manager and an external Trust Accountant , with administration handled through Cirrus8 .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease Management: Ensure compliance, oversee rent reviews, and manage lease renewals
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, contractor work, and ensure site upkeep
- Tenant & Landlord Relations: Act as the key contact, resolving issues and negotiating leases
- Inspections & Reporting: Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee financial reporting
- Experienced: Minimum 3 years in commercial property management , with a strong understanding of leasing and tenancy regulations
- Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and documentation with accuracy
- Facilities Management Exposure: Understanding of building operations and contractor coordination is highly valued
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Cirrus8 or MRI preferred but not essential
- Strong Communicator: Confident in dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors professionally
