- Design and manage Reward's annual catalogue, working closely with the Category team and suppliers for imagery and adverts.
- Design quarterly and bi-monthly magazines with the assistance of the Junior Graphic Designer.
- Create marketing materials such as product brochures, flyers, web banners, and eDMs in line with brand guidelines.
- Develop and design Point of Sale (POS) materials for Reward’s national stores.
- Create social media content, including concepts, copywriting, and design.
- Design packaging and carton artwork for Reward’s own brands.
- Develop promotional materials for the Sales team.
- Manage the Company and supplier images/text database, ensuring all materials are stored and maintained professionally.
- Assist with website administration, including designing web banners, pages, uploading images, user testing, and adding metadata.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to the Junior Graphic Designer.
- Handle other ad-hoc design requests as needed.
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced design skills, including layout, composition, colour manipulation, and branding.
- Comfortable working with customers, suppliers, management, and staff at all levels.
- Strong ability to investigate design-related issues and provide recommendations.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative team focus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.
- Flexible and responsive to the operational needs of the business.
- Experience in magazine and catalogue design.
- Knowledge and experience in HTML and Mailchimp.
- Familiarity with website management and eCommerce platforms.
- Expertise in writing, editing, and preparing content for print, web, and social media.
- Knowledge of Pronto or similar ERP systems.
- Understanding the difference between B2B and B2C marketing.
- Experience in the hospitality or catering industry.
