Key Responsibilities:
- Receive mobilisation requests from recruitment or site teams.
- Verify candidate details, including required experience, certifications, and approvals.
- Liaise with hiring managers to confirm start dates and site-specific requirements.
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met (e.g., licences, police clearance, right-to-work checks).
- Collect, review, and submit pre-employment documents.
- Ensure candidates complete online and in-person inductions before mobilisation.
- Arrange flights, transport, and accommodation for employees.
- Confirm and communicate travel itineraries.
- Maintain accurate records of mobilised employees in internal databases.
- Ensure employees receive all necessary mobilisation packs (PPE, site access cards, etc.).
- Coordinate closely with our clients to ensure smooth and efficient mobilisation for all personnel.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mobilisation coordinator role.
- Experience working within a fast-paced mobilisation or onboarding team
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with mobilisation or HR systems including INX.
- Previous experience in a mining company with a strong understanding of FIFO/DIDO roles is highly desirable.
