Duration: Ongoing
Salary : $35.33 – $37.07 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday (with overtime on some days) with some Saturdays
Location: Lake Macquarie
Overview:
MBC is seeking labourers for precast concrete production in the Lake Macquarie area. This opportunity is ideal for those with experience in precast concrete or those looking to learn, with guidance from experienced team leaders.
The role offers ongoing work, Monday to Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturdays. Candidates should be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and be physically fit. If interested, apply now!

About the Role:

• Monday – Friday + OT, (must be able to start from 5.30am depending on the time of year)
• Ongoing work – Casual with full time hours with potential for permanent employment for the right people
• Construction of bridge super T’s & planks
• Cleaning and oiling of moulds
• Use of hand & power tools
• Placing reo cages in moulds
• Concert pouring & patching

What we need from you:

• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol test
• General Construction Induction/White Card required
• Have previous labouring / concrete labouring experience
• Able to work in a team environment
• Enjoy working outside
• Have a high regard for safety
