About the role:
- Help service a portfolio of SME clients, providing high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and business activity statements.
- Develop customised advisory solutions, from cash flow management to strategic business planning.
- Liaise with clients to provide timely insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring they grow under your guidance.
- Stay up to date with regulatory and tax changes, applying this knowledge to client engagements.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- At least 4 years of experience in business services or advisory, with a strong technical foundation.
- CA qualified or nearing completion.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A passion for problem-solving and identifying new opportunities for clients to achieve success.
