About the role
Deliver high level clinical Medical Imaging services and clinical leadership in a tertiary referral hospital as a Health Practitioner in Radiography supporting interventional cases performed in the Hybrid operating theatre and the medical imaging Interventional suite. Have knowledge of and advocate for, Metro North values, expected behaviours and the Putting People First strategy. This includes accepting responsibility for their actions, decisions, and personal learning outcomes.
Work directly with sonographer, radiographer / sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists, nursing, medical imaging assistants, medical and administration staff within Medical Imaging and team within theatre environment.

- Demonstrated high level knowledge, skills and experience within a specialised area of clinical competency in radiography.
- Provide clinical leadership within the team that is inclusive of clinical practice supervision.
- Participates in training and education of all stakeholders and actively delivers all quality and safety requirements.
- Provide a patient focussed imaging service that is professional and timely that is performed with compassion, respect and integrity within a multidisciplinary team
