Head Chef-Regional South AustraliaWe are seeking an experienced Head Chef at this busy property located in Regional South Australia.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Chef and will be confident in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, mainly covering lunch and dinner shifts.
This is the perfect location to save heaps of money, with free accommodation and meals provided.
This is an ongoing role and there is work available for a partner if relocating as a couple.

Package:
- Pay rate can be $42.29 per hour (Loaded-Casual Flat Rate) or $36.09 / hour Mon-Fri, $43.31 / hour Sat, $50.52/hour Sun
- Free Accommodation & Meals
- Own room - own bathroom
Duties:
- Oversee day to day operations of the kitchen
- Working with 1 other during service periods
- Prep & Cooking of a la carte style food and bistro cooking
- Short order cooking
- Stock control
- Supervise other kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean kitchen
-This is an ongoing role
-Must be a qualified Chef and have previous a la carte experience
-Work available for a partner if relocating as a couple
-Staff have a common room with TV, Pool Table, lounges etc
-Onsite Laundry Facilities for staff
-Telstra Mobile Coverage
