Placement Liaison Officer
Beaumont People have partnered with UP Education, an education provider who is a prominent multi-sector education group providing Vocational Education & Training, Higher Education, University Partnerships and Online Education throughout Australasia. We are supporting them to recruit 4 Placement Liaison Officers to join Acknowledge Education.

The Placement Liaison Officer will be responsible for overseeing the coordination aspect of the fieldwork placement program. In this role, you will support the monitoring of coordination operations for all students, ensuring the efficient management and successful completion of placements. Additionally, you will handle a caseload, providing coordination services to individual students.
Key Responsibilities
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful student placements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for fieldwork placements, coordinating support for students and assessing their activities.
  • Arrange student information sessions, orientation presentations and ensure that coordination services adhere to compliance standards.
  • Maintain placement records, evaluate student performance, and proactively resolve any placement-related issues.
  • Adhere to organizational policies while actively participating in team meetings and professional development activities.
Skills & Attributes
  • Hold a Masters in Community Services, Social Work, Community Welfare, Human Services, or a related field, along with a relevant industry experience
  • Exhibit leadership skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Skilled in data entry, database management and online learning platforms, with strong report-writing capabilities.
  • Capable of prioritising and managing multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
