Centre Director - New Build | Up To $115,000 Salary Package

Anzuk are supporting a client who is constructing a new early learning centre in Brisbane’s leafy inner south suburbs, scheduled to open in June 2025. We are keen to engage a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to work with us from the beginning and be part of their success.

Responsibilities:

• Be involved in establishing processes, hiring the team, and overseeing the fit-out of the centre.
• Lead the centre with purpose and inspire positive change.
• Ensure the centre operates in alignment with the mission and values of the organization.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Centre Director in an Early Learning Centre (min 3 years of experience)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Manager of Early Learning and other stakeholders.
• Diploma of Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Experience with start ups (desirable but not a requirement)

Interview Process:

• One-stage interview process with the Manager of Early Learning.
