At MVSI, we’re not just about getting the job done—we’re about creating a fun, supportive, and rewarding environment where every day is an opportunity to grow and make a difference.

Who we are looking for:

We're moving fast, growing, and time is a precious commodity. Our CEO needs a right hand, adept at providing support across a myriad of functions, ranging from simple calendar management, through to liaising with clients, working with the management team, and coordinating strategic internal initiatives designed to support our growth.

In this pivotal role, you will be acting as part of the management team, providing critical administrative support while helping to lead and empower the wider team. You’ll be responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, overseeing key projects, and acting as a communication bridge between the CEO and the broader organisation. This position thrives on collaboration and teamwork.

Due to the nature of this position, we do require the EA to attend the office primarily 5 days per week.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the CEO's proxy: Stay ahead of the CEO’s needs by tracking and responding to priority items, ensuring the flow of information is seamless and strategic.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Work closely with the leadership team to support key projects, ensuring effective communication and efficient execution.
  • Project Management: We have many growth initiatives and change management programs in process, and this role will be responsible for management and coordination of many of these.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Problem-Solving & Initiative: Proactively identify challenges, anticipate needs, and suggest innovative solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Be: the source of energy for outcomes!

Who You Are:

  • A proven professional with 3-5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Someone who knows how to protect the CEO's time and ensures that important projects stay on track.
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced office environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal who responds to meeting requests, juggles schedules and reschedules meetings when necessary.
  • An advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiar with project management tools.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • A great person to be around!

Why You'll Love Working at MVSI:

  • Lots happening, every day is different, you'll grow, be challenged, and be satisfied.
  • Culture of Support: Whether you’re seeking advice or celebrating a win, you’ll always feel supported.
  • Great Work-Life Balance: With paid charity days, Friday drinks, and plenty of opportunities to socialise, we make sure work is fun!
  • At MVSI, people matter most. We want to hear about YOU—who you are, what drives you, and how you’d contribute to our amazing team. So, send us your cover letter and show us your personality—we can’t wait to meet you!
