We are seeking an experienced and passionate English Teacher with a strong background in teaching the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) curriculum. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a love for English while preparing students for success in their VCE studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the VCE curriculum.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification.
- Proven experience in teaching English at the secondary school level, with a focus on VCE curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to student success.
