What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be the first point of contact – Liaising with customers via phone and email, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently.
  • Manage sales inquiries – Process general phone/email sales inquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, and credits.
  • Support operations – Assist in achieving team targets and deliverables by liaising with drivers and clients.
  • Data entry & administration – Maintain accurate records, including driver run sheets and system updates.
  • Outbound calls – Connect with existing clients and drivers to strengthen relationships and resolve queries.
  • Problem-solving – Provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Work with company values – Carry out all duties safely, following company principles and operating standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Customer service experience is essential – At least 2+ years in a customer service or operations coordination role is desirable.
  • Confident communicator – You express yourself well on calls and build strong relationships with customers and drivers.
  • Strong organizational skills – You can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using multiple systems with strong computer literacy.
  • Strategic thinker – You assess situations critically and find practical solutions.
  • Team player – You work well within a small, close-knit team, collaborating to achieve goals.
  • Proactive & adaptable – A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient & professional – Comfortable handling challenging conversations constructively.
