Responsible for fast growing PE 100M Mid Market consumer products firm.
CFO finance leader must have previous private equity experience and will need to have 10-15 years of key leadership experience in industry.
Driver of companywide process optimization and digitization to increase efficiencies. Proactively designing and optimizing local financial processes within group-wide standards and pushing forward on digitization. Trustful and team-oriented cooperation with the Group. Able to thrive in a matrix organization. Scorekeeper - Ensuring efficient business processes and data transparency. Reporter with an eye to the future, who analyzes and reports all company key performance indicators for management and prepares reliable forecasts/budgets.
Responsible for all of the legal entity financial processes (incl. Accounting, financial performance accounting, balance sheet preparation, annual financial statements, external accounting, profitability analysis by customer/product, costing, investment management, financial and liquidity planning and forecasting, budgeting, taxes). Adherence to Internal Controls - Implementation of financial requirements from the HQ into a local financial strategy. Identifies discrepancies between actual and target figures, supports the initiation process of defining counter measures and tracks their financial impact.
REQUIREMENTS:Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a closely related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience including financial team leadership (minimum of four direct reports)
- Previous experience working within a mobile organization
Required Skills:
- Advanced P&L management and reporting skills
- MS Office Suite (including advanced Excel skills)
- Experience working in a cross-functional team in an evolving business environment
