Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Consultative Guidance: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions by offering high-value, personalized recommendations.
  • Achieve Monthly and Quarterly Sales Goals: Take ownership of your sales targets and drive consistent results.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to gain insights and resources to improve your sales approach and drive growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales , consultative selling , or a related field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills .
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing leads.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed your own sales targets.
  • Comfortable working remotely and with flexible hours.
  • Experience with commission-based or performance-driven roles is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with personal development , leadership coaching , or business .
  • Previous experience in business development or sales partnership roles.
  • Comfortable with digital tools , CRMs, and online communication platforms.
