The Amazon Marketplace team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Growth Manager to join an exciting new Amazon project. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing our content and awareness strategy, helping to launch and scale this new program. You will join a high performing, learning-oriented, analytical team, motivated to work hard, have fun, and make history!In this role, you will develop and manage comprehensive awareness campaigns through multiple channels, including email marketing and in-person events. You will be responsible for creating and delivering both internal and external educational materials to support program understanding and adoption. A key focus will be driving seller engagement and program adoption through strategic marketing initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams to execute the content roadmap, while autonomously managing key initiatives to ensure program success.
Key job responsibilities
- Set the marketing direction to build impactful campaigns and events for the New Amazon Project
- Track marketing performance and program adoption on an ongoing basis, constantly looking for ways to improve impact
- Manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Develop and champion bold and creative ideas
- Present your results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to process participants and stakeholders
A day in the life
As a Marketing & Growth Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our sellers. You'll analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, making data-driven decisions to optimize our marketing efforts. Your day might include brainstorming sessions with account teams, reviewing campaign performance metrics, and presenting strategies to leadership.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Project management skills and experience, including managing a range of stakeholders, and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
