Data Warehouse ArchitectNXT GIG is seeking a skilled Data Warehouse Architect to join our talented team and lead the design and implementation of our data warehousing solutions. Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data warehouse architectures that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
- Develop and maintain data models that enhance data accessibility and usability for reporting and analysis
- Partner with data engineers and analysts to understand data needs and ensure seamless data integration from various sources
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for performance and scalability
- Establish data governance best practices to maintain data quality and compliance
- Document architectural designs, data models, and workflows to support team knowledge sharing
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data warehousing and analytics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Warehouse Architect or in a similar role with a focus on data warehousing solutions
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques
- Experience with data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Oracle
- Excellent proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
