We have an exciting opening for a permanent full time Receptionist to:
- Facilitate incoming booking requests via phone, email and website, managing fluctuating volumes
- Manage incoming phone calls via our VoIP phone system and transfer calls within the business as appropriate, managing messages where necessary
- Share responsibility of triaging the front-line company inbox in accordance with the business processes/workflows; promptly, efficiently & effectively whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide professional, polite, and friendly customer service at all touch points
- Consultation room set up and pack up including documentation as required
- Manage specialist audio dictation from start to finish
- Facilitating access to the office for specialist and clients and others as required
