Job Description
Data Entry:
- Accurately inputting patient information, medical records, and other relevant data into electronic databases.
- Maintaining and updating existing records.
- Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Filing and organizing documents electronically.
- Preparing and processing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Managing the flow of information between departments.
- Providing general support to staff and clients.
- Must be Filipino Citizen & Residing in the Philippines ONLY.
- Proficient Computer Skills: Strong typing, Microsoft Office expertise, familiarity with databases, and adaptability to new software.
- Data Entry Accuracy: Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
- Record Management: Knowledge of electronic filing systems and understanding of confidentiality and privacy regulations.
- Soft & Organizational Skills: Effective task prioritization and time management.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, interacting with patients and staff.
- Attention to Detail: Essential in healthcare.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information with care and adherence to privacy laws.
- Customer Service: Courteous and helpful service, with the ability to resolve issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with various team members.
- Experience with SANDWAI
- Familiarity with XERO
