Job Description

Data Entry:

  • Accurately inputting patient information, medical records, and other relevant data into electronic databases.
  • Maintaining and updating existing records.
  • Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Administrative Support

  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Filing and organizing documents electronically.
  • Preparing and processing documents, reports, and correspondence.

Record Management

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Managing the flow of information between departments.

General Office Duties

  • Providing general support to staff and clients.

Must Haves

  • Must be Filipino Citizen & Residing in the Philippines ONLY.
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Strong typing, Microsoft Office expertise, familiarity with databases, and adaptability to new software.
  • Data Entry Accuracy: Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Record Management: Knowledge of electronic filing systems and understanding of confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  • Soft & Organizational Skills: Effective task prioritization and time management.
  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, interacting with patients and staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Essential in healthcare.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling sensitive information with care and adherence to privacy laws.
  • Customer Service: Courteous and helpful service, with the ability to resolve issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with various team members.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with SANDWAI
  • Familiarity with XERO

Home Office Requirements
