Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, tools, and equipment needed for day-to-day operations, ensuring they are properly stocked.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for project records, client files, invoices, and contracts.
- Provide administrative support to management, project managers, and the painting team.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and estimates for clients, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for each project.
- Coordinate scheduling for painting jobs and crew assignments, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications related to customer inquiries, project updates, and scheduling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
- Assist in generating new leads, coordinating site visits, and facilitating communication between clients and the painting team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining good relationships and resolving any issues that arise during projects.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees or contractors as needed.
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and certifications related to safety and work qualifications.
- Support the painting team by ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and administrative support to perform their jobs efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
