We are urgently recruiting experienced Female Support Workers for a new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment complex in Rouse Hill . This newly developed site will commence services with three participants , progressively increasing to 24/7 supports .As part of this expansion, we are seeking committed casual and part-time staff to join our team, with casual only positions, as well as casual positions transitioning to part-time contracts as detailed below.
This role will be commencing ASAP and phone interviews/online teams interviews will be organised immediately.
Preferred Skills: Spinal Injury, Catheter, Mobility Support, Mental Health, Behaviour Support, Complex bowel, Medication Assistance, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Manual Handling, Pressure and wound, Dysphagia

Casual
34 hours per fortnight, increasing to 40 hours per fortnight as clients join
Week 1
- Wednesday 1300 PM to 2200 PM- 9 hours
- Saturday 2200 PM to 7:00 AM- 9 hours (active)
- Sunday 2200 PM to 7:00 AM- 9 hours (active)
- Friday 2200 PM to 7:00 AM- 9 hours (active)
Position 2
Casual
34 hours per fortnight, increasing to 48 hours per fortnight as clients join
Week 1
- Tuesday 1300 PM to 2200 PM- 9 hours
- Thursday 2200 PM to 7:00 AM- 9 hours (active)
- Monday 2200 PM to 7:00 AM - 9 hours (active)
- Sunday 2200 PM to 7:00 AM- 9 hours (active)
Position 3
Casual
27 hours per fortnight increasing to a PPT contract of 48hrs per fortnight as clients join
Week 1

Required Licences/Credentials
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or a booking to complete one - mandatory
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance - mandatory
- NSW Working With Children - Employee - mandatory
- NDIS Worker Screening Check - Employee - mandatory
- Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You module
Starting CASUAL Pay Rates (SCHADS Award)
Casual 3.1 Home Care Employee- includes 25% loading:
- Day: $33.96/hour
- Afternoon: $37.36/hour
- Active night: $38.04/hour
- Saturday: $47.55/hour
- Sunday: $61.13/hour
- Public holiday: $74.72/hour
