The role
- This position will see you running 1-2 larger scale projects or assorted smaller projects, fluency and confidence in project leadership is essential - supported by the associate and overall team
- All-rounder hands on experience throughout the project cycle, spanning design inception to completion
- Mentoring the mid-junior interiors team and being a source of guidance
- Driving design excellence and assisting in curating overall design direction

About you
- Notable experience in large-scale government projects spanning Healthcare, Science & Education
- Give or take 6-10-year range of experience would be suitable for this position with at least 4 being in the Australian market
- Revit native (essential)
- People person capable of providing a positive influence to the team and being an active participant in client engagement
- Strong knowledge and practice skill across local standards and codes
