Your day to day will include:
  • Work with a supportive team, specialising in paediatrics
  • Provide Speech Therapy assessments to NDIS and private clients with a caseload made up of conditions including ASD, early intervention, literacy, AAC, paediatric feeding and more
  • Manageable and realistic KPI's based on your level of experience
  • Tailor your caseload to your specific area of clinical interest
  • Provide goal-directed intervention to help clients and families achieve their functional therapy goals
  • Support and run group programs
  • Provide parent-only coaching and education programs
How you will be supported:

  • Weekly supervision from your team leader
  • Professional coaching from clinical specialists
  • Clinic based role with occasional school visits if desired
  • Specialist clinical advisory panel to support you and provide guidance with complex cases
  • Administration support to manage your appointment bookings and cancellations
  • In house PD program and an individual allowance + 2 days study leave
  • Induction program tailored to your level of experience
Team Culture:
  • Frequent social events including quarterly outings, regular team dinners and more
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team other professionals including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists
  • Gain insight into other Allied Health disciplines by engaging in collaborative team meetings and multidisciplinary professional development days
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • All levels of experience considered!
