Our client is a dedicated paediatric practice located in Carnegie, specialising in neuro affirming therapies for children with ADHD, ASD, and other neurodivergent conditions. Their small, supportive team of Speech Pathologists focuses on providing flexible, high-quality care in both clinic and school settings.
This role offers a mix of clinic-based and local school work, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work from home as needed. The practice supports your professional growth with mentorship from experienced colleagues and a focus on neurodiversity affirming practices.

About the role:

• Provide speech therapy to children with a range of speech sound disorders, communication challenges, and developmental delays
• Work 50% in their clinic in Carnegie and 50% in local schools
• Manage your calendar while the admin team handles billing and administrative tasks
• Engage in ongoing learning and development in neurodivergent-affirming practices
• Realistic billable expectations of 4.5 hours per day so you can focus on quality therapy

Key Benefits:

• Salary ranging from $90K - $125K + superannuation
• Potential to earn a bonus of 20% of fees when exceeding your targets

Requirements/Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
• SPA membership
