Our client is a leading private occupational therapy practice servicing clients across Melbourne's Northern suburbs. With a team of experienced Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists, our client is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services to a diverse range of clients. They are committed to professional development, work-life balance, and creating a supportive and collaborative work environment.As an Occupational Therapist with our client in South Morang, Melbourne, you will have the opportunity to work with a mixed caseload of clients with conditions including functional capacity, acquired neuro conditions, stroke, Parkinson's, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
You will have the autonomy to structure your week, with client-facing days, report writing days, and the flexibility to work from home for report writing. This role will allow you to utilize your knowledge and skills in a variety of ways, providing personalized and effective therapy to your clients.
Option for part time or full time working available!
What you will be doing:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to a diverse range of clients
- Travel to see clients in a limited radius no more than 25 minutes from your home
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Conduct assessments and evaluations
- Deliver therapy sessions in clients' homes and schools if needed
- Salary from $80K - $110K + superannuation (based on experience)
