About the Role
As a Packaging Technologist, you will be at the forefront of innovation in food packaging. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize packaging solutions that meet our product requirements, safety standards, and sustainability goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge packaging technologies in the food industry while making a positive impact on our brand and the environment.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Food Science, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in packaging development or a similar role in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food packaging materials, design principles, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proficiency in packaging testing methods and equipment and Ability to work with data and trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Commitment to sustainability and a passion for reducing environmental impact through packaging.
