A hands-on administrative role supporting financial and operational activities within a dynamic international business. This position involves general administration and communicating with clients and investors. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer focused, tech-savvy, and eager to develop their skills in a professional environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to company Directors.
- Liaise with clients to update records and request information.
- Manage overall data integrity within the CRM software.
- Support compliance requirements, filings, and reporting.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Project and marketing administration.
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial tasks.
- Background in administration, finance or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe software.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to solve problems.
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- A fully equipped home office and the ability to commit to minimum 24 hours per week.
- Regular meet-ups (2-3 times per month) with the company Directors based in Dee Why on the Northern Beaches will be required. Therefore, only those candidates within a 30 to 40 minute commute of the office will be considered.

- Autonomy to manage day to day tasks, largely based from home.

- A very competitive salary - $75 to $80k + Super (full-time equivalent).
