We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Senior Travel Concierge – Part-Time Team Lead to deliver exceptional travel experiences while mentoring and supporting a growing team.In this role, you will engage directly with travel agents, guiding them through the booking process to create seamless and memorable travel experiences. You will also take on leadership responsibilities, running morning check-ins, coaching team members, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
With the support of the Head of Travel Concierge, you will play a key role in shaping the team’s success and growing into a full-time leadership role as the business expands.
You will be the trusted advisor for travel agents, managing inbound enquiries and ensuring every booking is tailored to the traveller’s needs. Your ability to communicate clearly, problem-solve effectively, and apply strong sales techniques will be essential in driving success.
As a part-time Team Lead, you will also mentor team members, run structured check-ins, and provide ongoing coaching to improve sales techniques and customer service. This dual role is perfect for someone eager to balance hands-on sales with leadership responsibilities in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
