About the Role:- You will have full responsibility for the day to day operations of our venues across multiple locations. Lead and manage the market research for developing existing and new opportunities across our business.
- Develop and maintain reportable business development initiatives and sales
- Effective and Inspiring Leadership of the team
- Support and adhere to statutory and regulatory environmental standards
- Responsible for developing multi site leaders across existing processes and employee teams with strong involvement at every level
- Full financial accountability across all departments inclusive of labour and COGS
- This role will require you to be a highly effective, decisive, and influential leader that leads from the front.
- Minimum 3 years operational understanding of similar large turnover, dynamic venues
- Ability to establish and maintain effective support and rapport with personnel at all levels
- Exceptional product knowledge across food and beverage operations
- Ability to resolve conflict to a positive, business value added outcome
- Strong Food & Beverage focus with experience in managing teams across FOH and kitchen.
- Demonstrable experience in building external stakeholder relationships and developing food and beverage offerings that remain relevant within the market.
- Exceptional management skills with clear leadership capabilities and business acumen.
- Highly engaged in and committed with strategic thinking
- The ability to create and maintain a high-performance culture and develop future leaders & teams.
- Complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage, and licensing.
- High-level stakeholder management and engagement
