Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Profusion Team with a focus on full 360 degree recruitment.
You will have access to a fantastic network of Tier 1 Financial Services clients where we have long standing PSA Relationships.
Responsibilities
- Client and Candidate Development
- Business Development across an existing network of clients, along with new clients
- Source new candidates using appropriate sourcing strategies (e.g. headhunting, advertising, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Telephone screening and interviewing candidates face to face
- Identifying shortlists for roles
- Maintaining Database Records and folders
- Relationship management and development of existing client relationships, many of whom are the leading Financial Services companies within Australia.
- Building up a deep and versatile pool of candidates to meet client requirements
- Match candidates to roles accurately and manage recruitment processes effectively with excellent levels of customer service
- Manage workflow and prioritise effectively
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience within Recruitment (Financial Services advantageous)
- Excellent command of the English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence, positive attitude and self-driven
- Established track record of success in terms of revenue billed and client satisfaction
- An accomplished Business Developer and Relationship Manager
- A recruiter who is most comfortable in a collaborative and team-orientated environment and prepared to support others
