About the Role
As a HR Project Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the workforce, leading various transformation projects that impact multiple areas, including workforce planning, recruitment, and learning & development. You will be responsible for:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities across various departments;
- Design and execute change management and communication strategies, including stakeholder engagement, training, and implementation support;
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and the Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across transformation initiatives;
- Work closely with the People & Culture team to embed transformation initiatives, addressing challenges early and ensuring smooth integration;
- Oversee the implementation of workforce changes, ensuring compliance with industrial relations frameworks and legislative requirements;
- Drive cultural alignment by embedding transformation initiatives into operational practices and organisational values;
- Support the transformation framework by tracking project milestones, managing resources, and ensuring timely execution; and
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, key challenges, and strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in change management, transformation, and stakeholder engagement. You will bring:
- Extensive experience in HR transformation, organisational development and change management;
- Proven success in leading large-scale organisational transformation projects;
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders; and
- Strategic thinking and project management expertise, with a hands-on approach to execution.
