Our client is a National leader in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries. Opportunities exist on day and afternoon shifts for experienced Process / Production Workers who possess strong manufacturing experience across the Pharmaceutical industry.

Shift times
- Day shift = 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday
- Afternoon shift = 1pm – 9pm Monday to Friday
- Regular Saturday Overtime available after training completed
Duties and responsibilities:
In this role you will predominantly be working across 1 of 3 main areas of Production.
Blending, Hard Capsules and uncoated medicines.
You will be completing Blending, Hard Capsules, Uncoated capsules, batching, ingredient weighing, encapsulation and general process and production tasks. During down times you will also assist across the process, production and canning lines.
- Blending and batching of raw materials
- Encapsulation, Hard Capsules and Un-coated
- Weighing and measuring raw materials
- Working on process, production and canning lines
- Verification of raw materials to ensure correct quantities have been received
- Encapsulation of products
- Follow batch records and SOPs to meet production targets
- Conduct quality control checks for in process and finished goods
- Monitor encapsulation equipment / machinery and report abnormalities
Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in either Batching, Blending or encapsulation
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical process or production environment
- Blending and batching of raw ingredients experience
- Encapsulation experience (Hard capsules and uncoated)
- Must adhere to strict WHS policy and procedures on site
- Must be reliable and responsible at all times
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow strict orders and work systematically
