About the role
As a customer service support to the National Sales Manager, Business Managers and delivery team for a top manufacturer of customized piping systems in Mossvale you could expect to be assisting with the below responcibilities:
- Assisting team managers by taking care of cutomer's needs
- Timely input of customer orders (phone, email)
- Manage all inbound written and telephone customer enquiries efficiently
- Dealing with customers by phone and assisting with general product enquiries including availability, issues if any and delivery ETAs.
- Liaising with logistics and internal stakeholders on customer requirements.
- Provide daily feedback to the customer base, which may contain, but is no limited to, providing POD's, check for outstanding orders etc
- Follow through to completion of credit claims.
- Process and complete quotations, meeting clients supply contract terms and conditions while adhering to T&C's.
- Work closely with the Business Managers, offering sales, product, reporting and technical support where required.
- Maintain and update customer file maintenance in SAGE.
- Produce stock on hand lists.
- Maintain and grow long lasting customer relationships through listening, understanding and engaging with customers and through delivering exceptional service.

To excel in this role, you should:
- Be proficient with MS Office
- Prior experience with SAGE or similar ERP system
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role would be advantageous although full training will be provided.
- Current Drivers Licence
- Have the desire to join a team that takes pride in the manufactured quality of their products
- Be reliable, follow through with what you say you will do and contribute to the teams chemistry!
