About the role Enerven’s Delivery team offers full-service infrastructure solutions, delivering construction projects from concept to maintenance. This career-defining position will see you take responsibility for the planning, scheduling and supervision of site-based electrical works for infrastructure projects across South Australia. You will work on a variety of large scale construction sites across the Utilities, Mining, Defence and Renewables sectors. Day to day you will:- Oversee all aspects of site electrical works to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Supervise site workers, contractors, and subcontractors while coordinating with project managers and engineers for smooth project execution
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
- Monitor quality assurance through ITPs
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, quality, and safety
- Optimize resources by managing materials, equipment, and labour efficiently
About You We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Construction Site Supervisor who has previous experience on electrical infrastructure projects. You enjoy being onsite with your crew and have a strong focus on safety, quality and client delivery. You will be a natural problem solver and a practical thinker. You will bring:
- Extensive experience in heavy industrial/infrastructure electrical construction projects, including installation of High Voltage equipment and systems
- Specific experience in the construction of substations and/or renewable projects is highly advantageous
- A Current SA Electrical Trade Certificate or Current SA Electrical worker registration
- A Current South Australian Drivers Licence
- Experience in supervisory and leadership roles
- All overtime paid at double time
