We are currently seeking a Lounge Supervisor to join our teams at Perth Airport.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Min 3 years Hospitality/Guest Services Experience in a busy environment.
- Min 1 year supervisor or management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of OH&S and Food Hygiene requirements
- Great personal grooming, presentation, and a confident and pleasant manner
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- RSA is a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain high standards of work quality and safety.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and outlook
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
