As a Venue Administration Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our vibrant venue, ensuring every event is a memorable success. You will make an impact by



  • Converting room hire inquiries into sales and managing event contracts.
  • Providing rostering support and key assistance to the Front of House (FOH) team.
  • Supervising and training casual and volunteer ushers and room setters.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of accounts documents and payments.
  • Liaising with caterers, technical staff, and other teams to meet clients’ needs.

What you will bring



  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in event management or venue operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and record-keeping.
  • Ability to monitor security and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Competence in preparing cleaning schedules and managing contractor payments.
