As the Account Executive - IT Services based in Brisbane, your key responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding existing client relationships while also seeking new opportunities. You will be responsible for generating more than 30% of your own new sales pipeline and you will grow new sales across the IT Services portfolios with both non-Ricoh Customers and within Ricoh’s existing customer base, delivering transformation outcomes and experiences.

You will be responsible for working closely with C+ Level management and technology specialists in identifying ITS opportunities, with the objective of securing new business. This could be in the form of Procurement Services, Professional Services, Field Services, Managed Services or a mix, that delivers positive change for the customer.

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and position Ricoh as a leading Digital Services Solutions provider.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and execute strategic territory planning.
  • Solution Selling: Present and sell Ricoh's suite of products and services, including Office Print/Print Management Solutions, Production Print, Workplace & Audio-Visual Technology, Digital Automation and Workflow Solutions, ITS Services, and Managed Services, tailored to the client's needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and manage CRM effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of industry segments to identify new business opportunities.

To be successful in this role:

The suitable candidate will possess the following:

  • 5+ Years quota carrying sales and account relationship management experience.
  • Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
  • Evidence of results prospecting and creating more than 30% of your own pipeline.
  • Track record of business/account plan development and execution.
  • Experience in handling both business and technical decision makers in customer organisations.
  • Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
  • Ability to operate in both hunting and farming models.
