About the opportunity

The Manufacturing Assemblers reports to the Factory Manager and is part of the Assembly manufacturing team. The key focus of this role to safely assemble steel roof trusses, joists, and wall frames. according to drafting plans. More specifically, you will:
• Reading and understanding basic drawings and framing plans
• Assembly of roof trusses, joists, and wall frames to a high quality and standard
• Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Abide by Work Health Safety (WHS) guidelines at all times
• Training is provided
About you

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
• Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable and punctual
• Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
• Experience in the use of hand and power tools – training is provided
• Have a general understanding of assembly work
• Comfortable with high volume, repetitive work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
• Ability to work independently, as well as contribute as a team member
• Current driver's license and reliable transport
• Available to work Monday – Friday and occasional Saturdays - 38 hours a week
