As a Project Officer within the Maintenance Assurance and Property Condition team you are responsible for the delivery of compliance and monitoring functions relating to the Homes Victoria maintenance contracts. The primary function of the role involves the completion of on-site and desktop compliance audits on maintenance repair works carried out by Homes Victoria contractors, as well as the assessment of property condition. A high standard of building/trade knowledge, project co-ordination, computer literacy and contract acumen are required to adequately investigate and report on cost, quality, timeliness, and adherence to contract terms and building code.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
