About the role:
As the People & Culture Generalist, you'll play an active role in both the Australian as well as the Global P&C teams. Reporting to the Australian P&C Leader, you'll support our staff across VIC, NSW and QLD in day-to-day operations and issues, as well as a wide variety of people projects.
In this role, you will:
· Assist with all internal and external P&C related enquiries or requests.
· Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional experience.
· Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.
· Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, interviewing, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
· Organise training & development initiatives and support P&C projects.
About you:
· Known for your positive attitude, you are always willing to muck in to get things done
· With previous experience as an HR Coordinator, you’ll be looking to develop into the next role
· Ideally you will have recruitment experience, but we can train you if needed
· Strong MS Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel and experience using HR information systems
· Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
· Highly confidential and accurate with excellent attention to detail
