The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Field Services Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering on-site and remote technical support across state-based locations, assisting with system troubleshooting, hardware setup, and supporting the onboarding of healthcare practitioners. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and remote technical support to ForHealth centres, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems.
- Onboard new healthcare practitioners, assisting with system access and configuration.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
- Support the deployment of end-user equipment, software upgrades, and infrastructure rollouts.
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in on-call support as required and provide customer-centric service.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields, with industry certifications (e.g., A+, MCP, MCSE) preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience providing on-site technical support, with knowledge of practice management software such as Medical Director.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, including Active Directory and Microsoft services.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to various sites and provide occasional after-hours support.
