So, how will you contribute to our mission?
In this newly created leadership role, you will develop, lead and oversee the technology functions’ goals and strategy to support our organisation’s Strategic Plan. You will oversee our Technology Operations Team, Applications Services Team, IT Service Desk Team, and our Cyber and IT Risk activities.
We are looking for someone who Lives it, Loves it and Owns it in-line with our organisational values and behaviours. To succeed you’ll have:
- Demonstrated experience in the development and successful execution of strategy.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities to inspire and motivate a best-performing team.
- A technical awareness of the predominant IT landscapes and the potential emerging IT trends, challenges, opportunities and best practice.
- The ability to present compelling business recommendations at an executive level.
- The ability to build strong mutually beneficial relationships at all levels across the organisation and externally.
- Ideally, you will also have a relevant tertiary and previous banking/finance industry experience.
