About the Role:
As an Enrolled Nurse , you will work closely with the Registered Nurse/Midwife to deliver person-centred care, ensuring that all care aligns with regulatory and statutory requirements. At this level, your practice will range from novice to proficient Enrolled Nurse standards, working under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse/Midwife. While you will receive guidance and support from your colleagues, you will remain responsible for your actions and accountable for delivering high-quality nursing/midwifery care. This role provides the opportunity to be an integral part of a healthcare team, making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
