Job Description
- Customer Support – Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring timely and helpful resolutions.
- Troubleshooting & QA Testing – Identify, investigate, and escalate technical issues while collaborating with the product and engineering teams.
- Client Onboarding – Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start with Audience Republic.
- Professional Services – Assist customers with data imports and other support services to enhance their experience with our platform.
- Knowledge Base & Documentation – Contribute to support documentation and FAQs to help customers find answers quickly and reduce inbound inquiries.
- Support Team Lead with Admin – Assist the Support Team Lead with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Intercom, OneSchema, Excel, Google Suite.
Must Haves
- Open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
- Experienced in Customer Support – At least 2+ years in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Problem-Solver – Able to identify customer issues quickly and provide thoughtful, effective solutions.
- Excellent Communicator – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.
