Shift Supervisor - Afternoon

• 2.30 PM- 10 PM
• Full accountability of running the shift
• Ensure all orders are picked and packed
• Ensure the delivery vehicles have been loaded
• Ensure stock has been put away in the correct locations
• Update Bin Manager, tracking all stock movements
• Manage the day-to-day requirements of employees (I.E, sick leave / annual leave, etc)
• Complete a daily shift summary report, reporting on the events of the shift's activities
• Drive the Vulcan Safety Culture through the shift
• Champion reporting and closing of Hazards for the shift
• Conduct the shift start-up meeting in conjunction with the Day Shift Manager
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ Years Managing Warehousing Teams
• Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations (Advantageous, not Critical)
• Current Forklift License (Hubtex Experience an Advantage)
• Beginner Level Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
